St. Vincent de Paul North Sound Council distributes donations made through Snohomish County PUD Community Energy Fund (formerly Project PRIDE) to qualified individuals. This is a one-time grant for families or individuals whose income is less than 150% of the federal poverty guidelines, and who have a disconnection notice.
