St. Vincent de Paul North Sound Council distributes donations made through Snohomish County PUD Project PRIDE (Providing Relief for Individuals Dependent on Energy) to qualified individuals. This is a one-time grant for families or individuals whose income is less than 150% of the federal poverty guidelines, and who have a disconnection notice.
